Banquet Hall Rental FAQs

The Platinum Room has a 50-person capacity banquet style. Additional capacity may be available when the Gardens is rented in conjunction with The Platinum Room.

A nonrefundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your date.

Yes, there is a refundable security deposit of $150.

If the facility is cleaned and returned per event agreement, the security deposit will be returned within 3-5 days following your event.

Yes, you can bring outside food or use another caterer. You are responsible for the food being properly prepared and safe for consumption. Must adhere to catering requirements detailed in your event agreement.

There is no charge for using an outside caterer if the facility is cleaned and left as it was at the beginning of the event otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged per your event agreement.

Security is mandatory for events scheduled to end after midnight. Security is $45 an hour with 4 hour min. required. All events serving alcohol require a licensed bartender.
